Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. However, certain factors—such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high seasonal demand—may extend processing times. If any issues arise, we will reach out to you via email before finalizing the order to ensure successful delivery.
Shipping Time

International: Typically 8–15 business days, or possibly longer depending on your geographical location.
Please note that external factors—like weather conditions, holiday seasons, or shipping company errors—can sometimes lead to delays. While these are outside our control, we will make every effort to keep you informed using the information available to us.
Taxes and Duties
When you place an order, any local customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country are not included. These charges are your responsibility. If you need more information about potential fees, please contact your country’s customs office.
Important: RYS cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs in your destination country. Customs release times are at the sole discretion of local authorities, and we have no influence over this process.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please email us at info@rysheal.com. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee cancellation, as orders are quickly sent to our warehouses for fulfillment. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we regret that cancellation is no longer possible.
